Delivery information

Zavvi offers a next day delivery service; Make your order before 9pm Monday - Friday or 2pm Sunday for delivery next day. Orders made on a Friday will be delivered on a Saturday.  Deadline for delivery is 8pm. For the premium next day delivery; make your Order before 9pm Monday - Thursday or 2pm Sunday for delivery next day. Deliveries do not take place on Weekends or Bank holiday.

Provide a mobile number and you will receive a confirmation for the delivery of your order, and also the delivery date. You will also get a confirmation in your email. You will receive a tracking number to track your order online. This mobile number provided will not be used for any other purpose than to make sure your order reaches you smoothly.

Return policy

If for any reason you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days. After 14 days from the day of acquisition, your cancellation request will expire if a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement to exercise the right to cancel (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by post). Kindly ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and not tampered with. On cancellation of this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery cost (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Deduction from the refund may be made if any good supplied suffer a loss in value as a result of unnecessary handling by you.
