HISTORY ARGENTO

In 1997, The founder of Argento, Pete Boyle decided to open its first store Argento. Pete passion for high quality jewelry was the main driving force. Pete sold jewelry in market stalls for a few years, but wanted to create a bright and welcoming store where people come to buy at will (in the cold and rain). Now Pete had the opportunity to develop a database and display it in all glory. The first store was opened in the castle street and was the first of its kind in Belfast; Modern and casual jewelry where everyone was all welcomed. Argento (the name); Thai for money, was chosen as the local opening act Pete silver coins collected worldwide from Mexico to India in Asia and beyond.

The company has grown from strength to strength and Pete started to open more stores. Customers like fine silver, but began asking quality fashion, jewelry, and went in search of a good supplier of high quality jewelry. Suddenly, Pete passion has become much more! A few years later, during a shopping trip in Australia Pete discovered and fell in love with Pandora. He quickly learned that customers in the UK and Ireland were so obsessed with the product as it was, has opened more shops over the years, which is now a total of 27 stores and  9 Argento Pandora stores and the rest is history. Pete is still one of the most obsessive of jewelry ever known, whose passion for jewelry is contagious to people. When it comes to jewelry, if Pete does not know it, its not worth knowing!

Royal Mail First Class delivery Uploaded

Royal Mail First Class Uploaded delivery  required no signature for admission. Its used to regular  packages. 93% of the orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days, although delays may occur occasionally. Argento cannot guarantee delivery. No information available for monitoring. Recorded delivery revolves around: - Proof of delivery - Signature on delivery.

Royal Mail second class Uploaded delivery

Royal Mail delivery Uploaded 2nd class with a signature required for admission. It is used to indicate the value of the package or an order requiring the presentation. Boxes are delivered with signature. 98% of orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days, although delays may occur occasionally. Argento cannot guarantee deadlines or delivery dates. Your order comes nicely packaged, or if you need a particular luxury presentation box (depending on availability), select the first class recorded or special delivery options. Please add a note in the recycle stage of the process the payment request gift wrapping.

Royal Mail Special Delivery 13:00

Royal Mail special delivery with a signature required upon delivery. It is used for high-value package or packages that require presentation boxes are delivered the next business day. Orders are guaranteed by Royal Mail to get within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturdays), although delays may occur occasionally. Argento can not guarantee delivery. Royal Mail Airsure® - tracking

Delivery Airsure® takes 2 days of work in Western Europe, 4 working days for Eastern Europe and the USA and 5 working days for the rest of the world. Agento follows all Airsure® items until it leaves the UK. The paper is then delivered to the postal services in the country of destination as a priority, which is always attracted to delivery. In most cases, you can get a certificate of delivery online. When your mail is delivered, the product will be scanned by an electronically postal operator who confirmed the delivery. The operator will firmly, or electronically confirm the delivery so as to update Agento tracking.

Following  delivery, delivery by air to Western Europe usually takes 3 working days, Eastern Europe 5 working days, and the rest of the world 5 to 7 working days, depending on the destination. This will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Argento are sure you will love shopping, but if it happens, Argento will be more than happy to return or exchange any item within 90 days  without objections or arguments. Simply fill out the feedback form on the back of the bill that you received with your order, or print the online form for reporting resubmit and packaging and follow your instructions to the letter (with the sale of goods and production, which is from June 9, 2014. have a rear window of 14 days receipt from the order date, Argento simplify this to 19 days from date of shipment for all items for sale / output).

Please ship all items are securely packed in the form of Argento, because Argento is not responsible for lost or damaged in transit back or exchange items.

Note: You are responsible to return the item back to Argento and return the fee charged. No liability item until it is delivered. It is desirable to proof delivery and Argento recommend you to send the item recorded delivery.

All returns will be processed within 24 hours, except during the Christmas period (up to and including the third week of January) when the returns can take up to 72 hours to be processed.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective item or damaged in transit, please send to Argento an e-mail with your order number and Argento will contact you and arrange to return items to them. Argento reserves the right to charge the shipping costs for items returned as defective, if reviewed, and find out nothing was wrong. If you decide to return items by special delivery, Argento do not cover this cost, unless a prior agreement reached with the customer service team Argento.

Alternatively, if you live near one of Argento stores, you can return the item in person, from your account, and to exchange goods in the store within 90 days of purchase, unless the www.argento.com selling items and output as described above (store bought items have a 14 day time exchange with the scale). Argento stores cannot accept returns by mail or restore operation, the shop will contact the customer service team to organize any refund. Refunds will be processed using the method of payment used for purchase.
